Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Lindy Gerard Designs, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Provision of Services
Lindy Gerard Designs, LLC agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the client's specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work. Services will be performed with professional skill and care. Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in client feedback/approval.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement. Typically, services are billed on a monthly retainer basis, payable in advance. For one-time projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Late payments may result in a suspension of services and/or incur late fees.
4. Client Obligations
The client agrees to provide Lindy Gerard Designs, LLC with timely access to all necessary materials, data, and personnel required to perform the services. This includes access to website backends, analytics accounts, and advertising platforms. The client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content, materials, and information provided to Lindy Gerard Designs, LLC.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the termination date. Lindy Gerard Designs, LLC will cooperate in the transition of all campaign assets and data back to the client.
